Tyre was amazing! When you walk into a store, usually you get a hello but that’s it. Tyre went out of her way to find what we needed and was so sweet. This is what will make me keep coming back especially to this store! Ty ♥️

I’ve gone to this store for a while and have always had good experiences. This year, my husband and I have used their salon for our haircuts. I’ve had some bad experiences with other salons in the past so I was a bit nervous going. However, Donnivin made my curls look amazing!! Great prices, service, and our hair looks great.

My daughter dropped a large bill that I gave her as a surprise for purchasing some products while on a birthday party trip. She was heartbroken, but… one of the wonderful staff members found it, picked it up, and put it in the safe! I’m so pleased with the staff and couldn’t be more thankful! Highly recommended! Professional, courteous, friendly. I personally thanked the manager and staff, the manger tried to refuse my tip, but I insisted!

Ulta beauty Has just lost a customer for good. I have been a loyal customer with Ulta since The early 2000s. I even have a credit card with Ulta. I spent thousands of dollars over the years at Ulta. The Ulta stores here in Clovis and Fresno are awful! Almost every time that I have had to come to Ulta to drop a minimum of $200 for my hair products and or make up. However, the woman that work there are some of the most stuck up and rude women I have ever met! Very seldom am I met with a pleasant attitude from one of the workers, and that’s very far in few in between. The ironic part, is a lot of the attitude comes from shift, supervisors, and or the manager! I come from a part of a generation where customer service is a must! People are here to spend very good money, the least you could do
