I booked a deep tissue session with Theo because of a stubborn pain in my left shoulder that had been tightening down my upper arm for weeks. He immediately found the source of the tension and worked it out with precision. In the days after, I noticed better circulation, freer movement, and actual relief. Theo creates a calm, grounded space and approaches his work with a genuine kindness that makes you feel completely at ease. He clearly knows his craft. If you’re dealing with chronic tension, looking for a place to keep up with your bodywork, or just feel like your constitution took a hit, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be returning.

I had my first massage with Theo today and it was a truly great experience. Right away, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. Theo is clearly very professional, but also warm and attentive in the way he works. What really stood out to me is how quickly he picked up on exactly what my body needed. Without much explanation, he found all the right areas and worked on them. You can genuinely feel that he knows what he’s doing and that you’re in very good hands. Literally :) I’m very grateful for the session and I'm already looking forward to my next one.

Theo does absolutely phenomenal work! I've not had a lot of massages in my day, but something I do need is a lot of pressure to work out the level of tension I hold in my upper back/shoulder region. Its been more than some people have been able to produce, but Theo had no trouble! He did such a great job, after I was able to notice tension being held in other areas because my back was no longer in so much pain. 10/10 will be back in the future for more relief. Also the atmosphere he provided is so relaxing!
