I want to give a huge shout-out to Ellice at Ulta Beauty! She made my entire shopping experience incredible! I came in looking for a new skincare routine and she patiently walked me through everything. She explained what each product does, what would work best for my skin, and why. She also helped me pick out some makeup products and made sure I felt confident in every choice. Ellice was super friendly, very knowledgeable, patient, and completely professional. She never rushed me, answered every question, and genuinely cared about helping me find what would work best. Because of her guidance, I left with products I absolutely love! If you shop at this Ulta, do yourself a favor and ask for Ellice. She’s truly exceptional and made my experience amazing!

I typically try to support this location as it is nearest me. They rarely have the free gift option for the products I use. Case in point, there is a promotion running for Curlsmith October? Through 11/22. They didn’t have the gift, which is the full size of another Curlsmith product I use. They did give me the option of substitution- an empty makeup bag or a Bare Minerals product. It was just disappointing.

Kara did an amazing job with my hair!!! She took her time and was very gentle. Very professional. 10/10!! Thank you again ☺️

It’s always a headache trying to purchase perfume at this location. Place the perfume near the front since it is the presumption that everyone is trying to steal it. For the amount of money I and other customers spend in Ulta the service is horrendous.

So, after my experience in Ulta beauty, I felt so compelled to leave a review. So I walked in and shouted I needed help 😫. Like a honey, I'm home type yell. Not too loud, and the Caucasian lady with short hair at the service desk didn't seem too enthusiastic to see me or come to my dire need. As she stood behind the desk sounding bougie "what do you need help with?" PRODUCT DUH... Come on over here and help me. I got a vibe from her, so I looked further into the store . Where is the help? Then I saw Shar. I believe her name was. Smiles 100% and ask how can I help you. 🙂 she sure did make that sell all by herself. Thanks, girl. You made me feel welcomed ☺️
