Shanisa was the best. She knows her job very well. She is very knowledgeable of all the products sold in the business. She was very helpful, kind and gentle. It was my first time in that establishment and I joined because of the atmosphere and friendliness of the workers. I will tell others of the services and people that work there. I’m here to stay!

First time here, I have gone to many other places and Maria at the chester location was amazing! She explained to me different after care options and helped me with some other issues. I was so pleased with Maria, the staff at the front and European wax center that I booked another appointment this week and signed up for their pass! I got my under arms and legs down and next I am getting my eye brows and lip. No pain at all.

Yes, yes and yes!! Book your appointment right now!! My entire experience from booking to brazillianed (LOL) was amazing. My first appointment was with Navia! Hey girl, hey! She gets EVERYTHING! THERE IS NO HAIR LEFT UNPLUCKED. She is patient, professional and talks you through every single snatch 😉. I was late to my second appointment so they rescheduled me with Maria! Hey girl Hey! She is just as amazing, professional, patient and talks you through everything. These ladies take care of you and ensures you are relaxed and ready. Waxing anything below the lip is a different commitment (LOL) so go in, relax, ask the questions and listen to the after care instructions. Sorry Google, I can't add pictures to this review. Im a creature of habit so I was hesitant to try a new place/person when my go-to closed their business. I’ve been going to Tae for a year now and I love the way she works. She cares about detail, doing her absolute best and working in a timely manner. She’s very knowledgeable. She’s given me the best advice & products to use and has great conversation. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
