I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! I went to purchase a favorite fragrance to gift and to try something new for myself. Within 5 min's Flowerbomb Tiger Lily got my attention, so I wanted to purchase a sample. There was a travel size available and a mini duo. I asked the clerk what was the oz's on the duo she said, "I don't know." I asked, "can you open the case and look on the back." She said, "well I can't open the case unless you're wanting to buy." That's literally why I'm asking...to buy! Then she opened the case and I asked do these samples have a little pump spray like the travel sizes and she said, "I don't know." I said well you can just slide it here (and I touched top of the box) and see and she said, "NO! you can't touch this or "they'll" accuse you of stealing!" Ma'am wh

I had no clue what to get my girlfriend at Ulta, but Ivan made the whole thing way easier. I basically just knew she likes “all the girly stuff,” and he totally took over from there. Ivan knows his stuff. He walked me through options, answered all my questions, and made sure I didn’t leave clueless (which I totally would have). Dude’s an expert and made a stressful shopping trip actually fun. I’m seriously grateful for his help, more places need an Ivan. He rocks!

The loss prevention man was so racist. Watched as me and my mom walked in the store , starred us down the whole time and even followed us. My mom comes to buy the cloud perfume $60 for a bottle please don’t ever think we would steal anything for a store we visit on the regular. Be ready for a law suit because that was so unnecessary of him not to mention we were the only black people in the store and the only people he actively watched the whole time .

Bad first experience and will be my last. I went in to purchase cologne because I wanted to smell it in person. There was a tall blonde middle aged woman that was completely ignoring me while talking to her friend. I went to try the tester and the nozzle was missing so I couldn't even test the cologne. When I asked for their attention to unlock the case, she was snippy and said "ok, well...we've got to find the key hold on" in a condescending tone. Then when someone else with the key actually helped me, they selected the wrong cologne variation which I did not realize until I got home. They also want your personal information to spam your email or phone and without it the cashier warned me there would be no returns. I could force the issue but I kind of like the cologne well enough to
