I go my hair by Hanny and it was everything I wanted! My highlights and hair dye was exactly how I imagined I wanted it!! She worked SUPER hard on it. It took hours but she really works hard and I appreciate that! And also, Mystic who does the eyebrows was such a sweet smiling and helpful face as soon as I walked in!! Mystic was super helpful and does an amazing job on eyebrows! Super sweet and professional! I’ll be coming back to this location from now on!!! Thank you so much ladies!! After a long and exhausting day at work, I walked in fully expecting the store to be too busy for much help but then Michelle completely changed my experience. She went out of her way to check in with every customer and spent nearly an hour with me, giving me her full attention. I walked out with products for a full face of makeup that matched me perfectly. Michelle was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and intuitive. She truly understood my skin texture, my undertones, and exactly the look I was going for. She made the entire process effortless and enjoyable, turning what could have been an overwhelming visit into an amazing experience. I can’t thank her enough for her care, expertise, and kindness. I made an appt with Hillary to get my makeup done for my company’s holiday party. I told her my concerns about not wearing makeup often, not wanting to look overly done, but still wanting something pretty. I showed her two inspo pics and she helped me pick which one would work out better. She explained each step and told me why she gave me a bit more coverage than I was expecting (appt was at 2, party was at 6:30, I have oily/combo skin - she didn’t want my makeup to slide off before the party). My makeup turned out awesome and I got so many compliments from staff and customers. Two ladies walking in while I was walking out said “OMG, did you get that done in here?” I’ll be making another appt with Hillary to get lessons on everyday makeup as a mascara, blush, lip gloss only girl. Kelly was so kind, polite, and helpful to get me set up with everyday makeup products as a beginner! She did my makeup, color matched me, and got me everything I liked so I didn’t have to wander around the store unsure what to grab. She made me feel so beautiful and like an elevated version of myself — I am so thankful for her help!

Me and my mom had a great experience finding a full face of makeup supplies. Both Emily and Shirley are great employees and very well knowledgeable in the realm of makeup! Highly recommend them for service! At the checkout, we asked the cashier Briyani if she put both testers in the bag. We asked her again, and still got no response. Don’t understand what happened there, but she didn’t come across very friendly to us. Other than that, we love the store, the quality, customer service, and cleanliness!
