Smi was very detail oriented and my toes/feet have never looked or felt cleaner. I also have fungal infection in three toenails and she did debasement on them to help them look better and to help my medicine to work better also. This was my first time getting a medical pedicure and the experience was awesome! I had some concerns due to past experiences but Smi was so gentle and she addressed all of my concerns. My feet are so soft and my nails look great. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing and I really enjoyed our conversations. I now feel confident enough to wear sandals again! I had an appointment at Heal Thy Feet on 7/7/25 at 10 AM with Smi Hernandez. Honestly, I was hesitant at first because I’d had a disappointing medical pedicure elsewhere—my cuticles were overgrown, the bottoms of my feet were dry and peeling, and I was stuck in a cycle of poor results. Smi completely changed that experience. She was extremely personable and professional, taking the time to explain everything she did and why. Anytime I had a question, she was more than happy to answer in a way that made sense. I’m thrilled with the results. It’s been almost two weeks, and the bottoms of my feet are still smooth—something I haven’t experienced in years. Here to give Smi another 5 star review! 10/10 recommend! "Problem" feet or not. She does amazing work. She is gentle, knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. It's been years since I had a pedicure because of a "problem" toe. My feet are ever so thankful. Who knew a waterless pedicure could be so effective. Better even!
