Ulta Beauty

Today I went to Ulta in Brooksville, Florida for some help with makeup. Thankfully, Hannah was there. I believe she’s waited on me before and she’s amazing! She certainly knows her products along with her knowledge for skin care. Go see her you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again Hannah! Penny

My name is Aurelia and I have to say that Leonor was simply amazing today. It takes a lot for me to write a review and she deserves it ! I wish there was more stars to give. There was a very long line and this girl was the only one at the front cashier, around 1pm today and she tried to call for help multiple times with no success. However, what she did do was, acknowledge all of us that was in the line waiting and she did everything with a smile and was positive throughout the whole time. I didnt mind waiting. She was working her tail off and she did it with a smile. We need more people like Leonor. Its people like her that make people like me , coming back. Great job today ! She was a superstar !!!!!! Its all about customer service ! And she rocked it!!!

This Ulta I go in all the time, the staff are always helpful, smiling, and never rushing you. ANY time I have had an issue with something its been met wirh professionalism and solution. They take the time to teach or give you instructions on how it works or whatever. I love this store!! Thank you guys ♥️

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Ulta! I was helped by a fantastic associate. Her name started with an M, though I can’t quite remember it but I’ll never forget her. She has curly hair with blonde highlights, and her energy and knowledge were truly a delight. Even while multitasking so well, she took the time to patiently listen to all of my concerns, informed me clearly and went out of her way to make sure I left completely satisfied. It’s rare to meet someone so kind, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers. She’s truly a gem to this Ulta store, and I hope the company recognizes how amazing she is! I can’t wait to come back.

Worst experience at this location! After spending hundreds of dollars on product we realized we lost our phone after we started shopping at another store. We came in to see if an associate had a phone turned in. One of the girls said no after looking in the drawer. An associate named Adriel came up to my wife and said they are not responsible for her phone! My wife asked if they could just call the phone and she said again that they are not responsible for it! So my wife started to head back to where she bought her product to try and find it. Half way down she heard one of the girls yell well maybe we can use the store phone and call it. Adriel proceeded to follow my wife swinging her arms like she was going to steal something. She found the phone and Adriel became combative with her in f
