I rarely go in here and there is a reason. No one is friendly in the sense that out of the 10-12 people on the floor to 5 customers no one Ever asks if they can help you. Every time I go in. I actually could have used some help today and they could have made more money from me than they did but it’s the fact I walked around the entire store 3 times seeing all the workers just doing their own thing or even the makeup tech in a white lab coat by the makeup side I was at pacing in her aisle helping no one. I stood looking at makeup a couple rows over and nothing. I went and found a lady and asked if she could help me. She definitely wasn’t thrilled. I asked for good product on lip hydration and she took me to lipgloss and care pointed out two options and walked away. She could have been more

Michigan the m.a.c. representative/makeup artist helped me find the perfect mascara and even put it on both of my eyes for free of charge and found me setting spray that's more affordable. I was originally looking for the Tartelette XL mascara and a refill of my Milk Hydro Grip Setting Spray but even though she makes commission she still suggested affordable items instead of trying to make me spend the most money as possible which I appreciated!

The last time I came here the sales woman tried to talk to me over and over even tho I had headphones in and could not hear her (I was having a really bad day and knew what I needed and did not want to talk to a salesperson). And this time, same lady…Even when I told her flat out that I couldn’t afford the eye cream she was trying to sell me she continued to aggressively try and sell it to me still. Just super rude and out of touch. Made shopping very uncomfortable both times. I have no problem asking for help or recommendations. Will avoid shopping at this ULTA when I can.

Love this Ulta, the staff is super knowledgeable and helpful with selection of skincare products. They also let me and son smell all of the fragrances without pressure, letting us choose our scents. If we need help, we ask, they accommodate.

Was shopping for a gift. Very nice place, now that I've been there for someone else, I plan on shopping for myself. I was impressed by all the products.
