I can’t say enough great things about my hairstylist Imelda ! Every time I leave her chair, I feel like a brand-new person. She’s a total pro—her eye for styling and cutting is always spot-on, and she somehow manages to make my hair look even better than I imagined. But where she really shines is color correction. I’ve come in with color disasters, and she’s worked her magic every time—restoring my hair and giving it dimension, shine, and a natural look I love. She’s not just talented, she genuinely cares about getting it right and making sure I’m happy. If you’re looking for someone who knows their craft inside and out, she’s it. Total game-changer! I’ve been to this Ulta many times now and it’s always clean, warm, welcoming and has good staff. Staff in my experience is always willing to assist regardless of title they have. I’ve had great hair, skin and nail care recommendations from various people. Salon services are the real star of the show. Every single of those workers has their own magical personal touch. My favorite however is Isabel, in my encounters with her she’s always been gentle with my scalp. Informative in how to take care of my unruly hair and supportive in my hair goals. She has cut my hair several times, pierced my ears, cared for my husband’s long hair ( which is sacred) and mostly just an overall pleasant person to be around. While this review is long overdue, I only have glowing praise for the staff at the Brea Ulta. I had an emergency blemish situation that I needed support with and almost near closing the staff were able to quickly assess and create an effective solution. I believe it was Taylar that helped me in particular, as she understand what my abilities and needs were and successfully figured out how to fix my issue! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful through the entire process. Thank you so much to the staff at Brea Ulta for your makeup/skincare help.

When in doubt… ASK FOR MEGAN! I’ve been having an unbelievable breakout that I desperately needed some remedies for. Megan came to the rescue. Recommended a new line of products that works well with my skin type. She was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and professional. Brea is excited about the opening of a new Ulta store. The store is situated in the shopping center of Walmart and Home Depot, directly across from Michaels Arts & Crafts. The shop was well-lit, exceptionally clean, and stocked with every brand of cosmetics imaginable. I went there to purchase for Mac studio fix, but I was unsure of my shade while I was there. It was not difficult to locate someone who could assist me. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name; nonetheless, she took the time to ensure that I was satisfied with the shade that we discussed and ultimately decided upon. When I was checking out, the cashier found out that this was my first time shopping at Ulta, and she made sure to give me a goodie bag full of samples before I left the store.
