Betty has totally transformed my hair, she really knows what she is doing! I came in the first time with a really bad starting point from my previous barber and honestly couldn’t even describe what I wanted because my hair had no direction anymore. I genuinely felt lost at the time but she took one look at my hair and helped me visualize and plan out what I can do to help achieve my desired look. Her skin fades are always super clean and the scissor work is really excellent. The sides finally blend properly instead of sticking out awkwardly, and I absolutely love how my hair looks from the back now as well, historically being my biggest problem area to work with. My 6 year old son has been going to Los since the beginning of the school year. Los is patient, kind and does an amazing job every time. I also have a 10 year old son who is nonverbal autistic and hasn’t had a haircut in a year bc of sensory issues. However, today after months of watching Los cut his brother’s hair my son allowed Los to give him a trim. It was an amazing experience which I credit mostly to Los! So thankful to have stumbled into this cool atmosphere barber shop with an Amazing barber Los!

She made me leave my other barber with no one choice based on how good she was. LOL. The biggest difference I’ve seen between her and others is her level of detail which seems to come quite naturally. She does not rush her work and wants to make sure you’re happy with it. Go B!!!

I have been coming to Sharp Studio for a few weeks now. I have had my hair cut by Josue each time. I must say that I am extremely pleased with my haircuts. The establishment very unassuming and almost hidden. However, it’s very clean, safe and easily accessible, which is a plus. Josue has been my barber during each visit. I have to say that he is a very skilled barber who cuts my hair to perfection each time. Josue is professional, courteous, and efficient. He has a calming demeanor which makes him easy to converse with on any topic. He ensures that the customer is pleased with the cut before leaving the chair. This is truly appreciated! I made a reservation, and when I arrived a little late due to traffic, they wouldn't see me. There was no one there, even though they were still within their operating hours. I had to call customer service hoping for a positive outcome, and all they said was, "Thank you, have a nice day. We won't be issuing a refund; you'll have to schedule another appointment." They were very rude to me, speaking in a loud and aggressive tone. I thought they would at least compensate me with another appointment or a discount, but that wasn't the case. Also, the doors don't have a doorbell, and you have to wait for someone to see you before you can get in.
