I had the most amazing experience today with Holly! I was in the store shopping for gift bag items for my bridesmaids. Holly immediately helped me brainstorm what items to include and then helped me find extra stock of many of those items. She sold me $900 worth of products and is without a doubt a valuable asset to the Ulta company. I couldn’t have put together such great gift bags without her; she made the process so easy and fun. Thank you so much, Holly!

During these holidays it’s so busy and stressful and people don’t show such good kindness but today I met the most helpful employee named Branson, Branson was answering and helping me with all of the many questions I have and gave such good and honest recommendations… I have never felt so helped at ulta until today. So thank you Branson for your kindness and extremely professional work ethic. <3

Erika is the absolute best! Her professionalism and level of skill is steller. Not to mention her kind personality. I highly recommend Erika.

I came in on Sunday at 3:30 PM for my 3:45 appointment with Tynisha. My appointment began at 4:05. I explained I wanted my hair jet black (as it was faded) and I had booked an all over color. She told me she would do my roots and then do a gloss treatment in the bowl after washing my hair. I asked some questions as I have never had this application done before in 15 years of getting my hair dyed jet black. I have only had dye applied by brush from root to end. At 5:20 I laid in the shampoo bowl for an additonal 30 minutes after she washed my hair and after she applied the gloss to my hair. This was really uncomfortable but I was trying to trust the process. After she washed it out, I had explained I wanted a blowout, with waves and curls, I showed her several pictures too. This is the least friendly Ulta store I’ve ever been in. Every single employee had their head down or would glance and quickly look away. Previously I’ve been immediately greeted “can I help you find anything today” and guided through picking out whatever I need. When asking for help the person seemed flustered and irritated I had the audacity. The cashier couldn’t have been over 20, and was sassy after I didn’t want to give her my email for the system. After this visit I didn’t feel the need to ever visit this location again
