Josh is incredible. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about the human body and how to support healing, and he is truly a master of his craft! He is also a genuinely warm person who makes you feel comfortable right away. He listened carefully to my needs and worked with me to apply exactly the right amount of pressure for my body. His space is also very relaxing and clean. I would recommend Three Bears to absolutely everyone!

I’ve had MANY massages and Josh is the one I keep going to. He knows exactly what’s wrong and I always leave fixed. He’s strong, yet still relaxing, and customizes his techniques to what your body needs. And he’s a lovely person, too. Highly recommend!

I’m fairly picky & annoying when it comes to who I get body work from. Some people just have IT, & Josh is one of those people. He’s incredibly knowledgable, intuitive, & does amazing work. I tried seeing other massage therapists when we first moved here, but I don’t bother with that anymore. They don’t compare.
