Came in today 02/07 around 3:30pm to find a foundation that isn’t matte and I was having a hard time at other stores and Ultas. Trey asked if I needed help and they were amazing! They helped me find multiple foundations I loved, and helped me find a full face of products. Came in for foundation and ended up leaving with $200+ of product I ACTUALLY loved. Thank you to Trey for helping me and listening to my needs. Great customer service and fun. Ladies up at the register were pleasant and very nice too.

Went in 2 separate times 10 minutes apart to buy perfume--the first time 3 employees walked within a foot of me but said nothing, the second time every other customer EXCEPT me was asked if they needed help. Thankfully Sephora has the same fragrance.

I was running late and, instead of just doing my makeup and then my hair, this amazing team jumped into action—JT started on my makeup while Theo worked on my hair, and Raven (the manager) coordinated it all. Every woman knows that moment when a group of other women—who don’t even know you and don’t owe you a thing—rallies around to help you out. That’s exactly what happened, and I’ll never forget it. You all made me feel so supported, beautiful, and ready for the night. My hair and makeup came out flawless and was exactly what I wanted from the inspiration pictures I showed them. I strongly advise against visiting this salon! After my appointment, they completely messed up my hair and, instead of offering to fix it, all they did was refund my money. All I wanted was for them to correct their mistake. I couldn’t sleep at all that night because my scalp was burning, and there was some sticky residue in my hair that Melissa couldn’t even identify. My scalp was so irritated that I had to wash it in the middle of the night just to find some relief. Originally, my hair was supposed to be a single color, but it ended up having five different shades. I'm usually quite easy to please and understanding, but their lack of support was truly disappointing. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because they seemed to think a refund absolved them of any resp

Made an appointment for 1pm on Sunday for a 45 minute makeup look, they didn't take me until 1:40 and then I told her that I had a hard stop at 2:25pm because I had somewhere to be. At 2:30pm, she is still deciding what eye shadows to use, I told her that I would finished my makeup at home. She forgot bronzer and I didn't have time for anything else. So I paid $100 for someone to apply foundation and concealer and some eye liner. I went home and threw on the rest of my makeup myself while rushing out the door. If you're thinking about having them do your makeup for an event, either schedule time to be there all day or just go somewhere else.
