Chesterfield Beautifull

Hands down this is the best Beautifull location in Richmond "Customer Service Wise". The store is smaller than some of the locations but the staff is extremely friendly. Each time I've visited I was promptly greeted upon entering the store. Also the Assistant Manager was very helpful during my visit. While most of these businesses are small and family owned it is nice to see this location has employees that looks like the customers they are marketing towards. Even though it's a little out of my way in comparison to the other locations I'm willing to travel a little further for an elevated experience.

The product selection is amazing way better than your average store—and they even carry hard-to-find brands I usually have to order online. The staff is so friendly and helpful too. They don’t just point you in a direction they actually take time to help you find what works best for your needs. They have a big inventory of products. I love this store. Prices are reasonable.

Love this store.. but even more, I love Coco! Went in today to get extensions and was so impressed by how clean the store is. But Coco sold the place for me. What a beautiful, wonderful soul. Thank you for helping me and thank you for being so sweet! Definitely going back!

I love this little shop. It’s a smaller branch than most of the Beautiful locations. The three ladies who work in there are awesome. Coco, she is the bomb with the wigs. Ahmya So sweet and pleasant always helpful with accessories and finding items in the store. The owner of the store she is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve gone in there several times and each time I’ve had a wonderful experience.
