i love coming to ulta! for the atmosphere, the helpful tips and info on make up and the great choices. next time i need something i’ll definitely be driving out of my way to the next one, the staff here are sooo unfriendly and act like they hate their lives. i was in here 30 minutes and every person around me was asked if they were doing okay or needed help, no one bothered to ask me until the very end of me shopping and she just walked by didn’t even stop lol- and i had questions!! just not a friendly or helpful location, save your self and go to the other ulta in independence or go to sephora.

Frankie and Hailey ATE and left zero crumbs on my hair. I’m talking so good that I literally had to post up in the TJ Maxx dressing room because the lighting was bomb and my hair was giving main-character energy. The blend, the shine, the volume, everything. If you’re thinking about booking with them, just do it. Your confidence will thank you.

I went in looking for waterproof eyeliner. I stood around looking not sure what to buy. A young lady named Natalie help me find not just 2 but three great colors. She is fantastic.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful when looking for various products. I always get so overwhelmed in stores and usual avoid going. I'm glad this is the location I went to when I finically decided to go! I felt invited, welcomed, calm, and informed (regarding multiple questions I had asked). I will definitely go back when I need anything for my hair or skin care!

Store was a good experience but the worker was extremely rude, I got my stuff and then went back through the store to get something else, the same coworker looked at her employee and said get them get them omg, and when we left she said “ leave. “ would not stop giving me and my bf dirty looks and was disrespectful, it’s all because I was using gift cards I previously got to Christmas and was trying to get rid of, the store closed in 40 minutes, she had no reason to be rude especially when it’s your job, if you can’t be nice to people do not work in customer service.
