I went to Merle Norman to get my makeup done for engagement photos. The ladies were SO incredibly sweet and talented that I could not imagine anyone else doing my makeup for my wedding day. Brie and her team of girls set up the perfect morning experience for me and my bridesmaids the morning of my wedding - I was absolutely shocked about how organized and prepared they were, not to mention how above and beyond they went. They made absolutely every girl in that room feel lovely while providing drinks and snacks for us. They even opened the store early just for us! Their kindness and positive energy truly set the mood for the whole day. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Merle Norman each and every time - it doesn't get any better!

OMG - GO HERE for all of your cosmetic needs!!! Today my grandmother (88F) and I (43F) had the absolute pleasure of meeting the store owner Briana and she restored my faith in humanity!! She's everything you want AND MORE in customer service - kind, gracious, patient, great listener and great communicator, especially with her elderly clientele. We walked in strangers and left friends, that's how she runs her business - amazing customer service that I didn't think existed anymore!! She helped us find the perfect wig for my grandmother. Then we asked about foundation - the full makeover including skin care routine was incredible! This toner is amazing!! Leaves my skin feeling refreshed and without drying it out!! Skintelligent Toner must have for gals who want to feel a sense of cleanliness and have a clean slate to apply their makeup each day!! 5 stars aren’t enough!!

This Merle Norman studio is the best in the metro area! Everyone there is helpful and friendly with whatever you need. The products and service are excellent, so remember to shop local!

I’m obsessed with MN products! My makeup bag and skin care routine has never been better. Not only do I love their products, but I really enjoy going into the studio. As someone who would much rather shop online for its convenience, Merle Norman is the exception. All staff in the studio make you feel like you’re part of the family!
