This review is for Ulta Salon in Beaufort, SC. I recently received a shampoo, deep conditioning treatment, silk press, and haircut from Kay, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. It had been quite some time since I last had my hair professionally styled and cut, so I was understandably a bit nervous. However, Kay immediately put me at ease with her professionalism and expertise. I have very thick, natural hair, and she handled it with confidence and care, ensuring the health and integrity of my hair throughout the entire process. Kay is extremely knowledgeable about hair care and clearly prioritizes maintaining healthy hair. She specializes in natural hair but is skilled in working with all hair types. I relocated here 4 months ago. My first visit in here was the worst. I literally refused to go back but today I needed to run in and grab my daughter a gift card for Christmas. This time I was met by the kindest soul. She helped me with my gift card then I had questions about lip stains. With the help of everyone I left with what stain I hoped would actually work. OMG JASMIN IT IS A GREAT PRODUCT. Thank you for your kindness, knowledge and compassion. It will not be forgotten. I hope Ulta appreciates you as much as I do. Briana did my hair cut and blowout and also did my make up on a separate occasion. It was a layered hair cut and the ends weren’t too blunt best hair cut I got and when she styled it with the blowout it was even better . She did my makeup for a photo shoot and it was so pretty I got compliments all day. I felt so confident she covered up my old scars and redness and I never looked better . She was even helping other people and educating others who needed help while working hard . She is so sweet , passionate and really good at what she does .

I came in yesterday to get some new shampoo. I asked the woman at the beauty bar if she could help me, but I assume she was new because she had trouble finding things and didn’t know any information about the products I needed. She took me over to the salon and asked for some help. The two women in the salon were working their butts off! The one with the green hair was incredibly helpful and kind. When she had a moment, I think her name was Bailey, she showed me everything that I needed in under two minutes and educated me about the products in that time!! she immediately jumped back into her work! The other woman with the hat was incredibly kind and acknowledged me too while working hard! These two ladies were rocking that salon and all there clients all had smiles on! Thanks ladies for

During the holiday season, I was placing a lot of orders for myself and for friends and family. I accidentally placed one order for in-store pickup instead of delivery, and it wasn’t until about two weeks later that I realized I never received it. When I checked the app, it showed the order as “picked up,” even though I had assumed it was shipped to my house. I went into the store hoping someone could help me get answers, and I was immediately greeted by so many friendly faces. I explained the situation, and the manager or assistant manager jumped right in and worked tirelessly to track down what happened. After a lot of effort, she got to the bottom of it — thank you so much! These ladies truly worked their tails off this holiday season and did it all with a smile. Thank you, Beaufort U
