Joining EYS last year literally CHANGED MY LIFE!!!!! I went through the roughest year of my life, and since joining my life has never been the same. I was able to heal debilitating anxiety, I made some of the best friends ever, and even got inspired to co-teach classes to help spread the gift of yoga! All the instructors are super friendly, funny, and make you feel so welcome. The owner Brittney is one of the most supportive women I have ever met in my life. Plus the massages and additional events and workshops are amazing!!! Highly recommend!

Just had a deep tissue massage with Brittney. It was wonderful. Her spa is beautiful and she has super comfy robes. She asked me my concerns and focused on the area I came in for (tight right side). She gave extra love and attention to this side while not neglecting the other. She incorporated warm towels on my back and gave a very relaxing massage to my shoulders, neck and head. Booking an appt with her is very easy and her prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend her. Thank you so much Brittney!!

Effervescence Yoga Spa is a gem of a space where the spirt of health and community and caring radiate from the practitioners, yoga instructors, and regular clients. I’ve been involved with this studio for several years and have always been impressed and inspired by my experiences here and the people I’ve met. The yoga classes are some of the best I’ve experienced in the ten years I’ve been practicing yoga. There is a lot of heart as well as skillful technique in these classes. I’ve also treated myself to massage at this studio and it’s been so nourishing. If you are looking for better health, positive, nourishing community and friends then this is Your Space!

EYS is a very special place! The spa is housed in a lovely historical building in Port Royal. The space is warm and welcoming. If you schedule a late afternoon, early evening Yoga class you will have an amazing sunset view of Port Royal Sound. Brittney and her team of Yoga instructors are knowledgeable, kind and caring. So glad I found this place!

I love my yoga classes at Effervescence. Everybody is very professional and so friendly and warm at the same time. My monthly massages are incredible relaxing. Every time I leave that place I feel like newly born.
