This location opened earlier this year - today was the first time I ever went, and needless to say I was pleased with my experience! The store is clean, well-stocked, and Tyler is so sweet, and made my shopping experience feel personalized and welcoming! This will definitely be my Ulta of choice whenever I go.

Decent store but the constant loud beeping from the alarms was so distracting that I wanted to immediately leave. I just bought the 1 item that I really needed and raced out. The associates claim that the music blasting helps.

I love Ulta and was happy to have a location near me and outside of the Mall, but I keep having bad experiences. The employees that i have encountered at this location aren't that kind or helpful, and theh refuse to scan coupons or honor sales when there is signs. I have had issues on more than one occasion. The last encounter the girl refused to scan my coupon because my item was prestige. The coupon said it was good for prestige items. After some back and forth I finally got her to scan it and it worked. I feel like I leave frustrated every time. Ill be shopping other locations from now on.

Why have a phone number listed if you aren’t going to answer it? Rings 5 times than hangs up. Either you have broken phones or nobody cares.
