This was my first time visiting European Wax Center — and my very first Brazilian service ever — and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The staff at the front desk were super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, which helped calm my nerves. The wax room was spotless and already prepped for me, which made everything feel professional and comfortable. I believe my wax specialist’s name was Caterine, and she did an amazing job! She walked me through every step, explained what to expect, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible the entire time. The positions were easy to follow, and the whole process went way smoother than I expected. I’m really happy with my results and the overall experience — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I chose to have my first Brazilian wax at this location because of the positive reviews of the estheticians here. I chose Maggie, and she went above and beyond! She was really lovely and bubbly, and helped me feel less embarrassed about the ordeal. Besides the lack of attentiveness at the front desk, Maggie definitely made the experience wholesome, and she performed an amazing service.
