On Google maps, it shows this Ulta location being inside Best Buy, and one of the gaming aisles. I assure you it is not inside Best Buy, but it is next-door. Like any chain that takes care to maintain its identity, this Ulta store looks pretty much like any other. They have all of the things that you’d expect, including skin care, products, hair dyes, grooming, products, make up, as well as a saloon in the back. My voice recognition replaced salon with saloon, I’m not going to fix it because it would be more fun if there was actually a saloon in the back. There are a ton of people working here, so it is always a simple matter to find somebody if you have a question. Like all make up stores, everything seems tremendously overpriced to me, but I guess that’s just how it is.

The experience I had with my stylist KATY was awesome! I had gone to two previous salons and they could not understand what I wanted. It was so refreshing to finally have met someone like Katy who totally got me and knew exactly what I wanted. I knew I was in good hands just by the sound of the scissors. She knows how to do hair. She gave me a wolf cut that I was so happy with. I think some stylists may feel intimidated when it comes to this hairstyle but not Katy, she was so confident and was excited to give me the cut I have wanted for so long. I expected the cashier to offer assistance in adding my email, but instead, I was simply told there was no email on file. I would have appreciated it if the staff had taken the initiative to help me add my email or explained the process more clearly.
