I showed her what I wanted, the same as I had done before by a different salon. The next pictures are the results after over 5 hours spent with Kelcie. I understand mistakes happen, but don’t gaslight me into thinking this looks good. This was the result after she tried to fix it and blend it. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told it was because the toner wouldn’t take to my hair due to “build up” (funny that’s never happened before) and that “this was just as much of an inconvenience to me as it is to you” uhm, actually no, you’re not the one walking out of here looking like a clown. My six year old could have done a better job. The last picture is the results after coming back to the salon the next day, and was fixed by Rae who was absolutely incredible and WILL get my service. T

My sister and I came to ulta in athens today and did a little bit of shopping. I will give props that everyone was super nice when we walked in and greeted us, but as we went to check out there was only one lady at the register. This is not the problem, the problem is she is up there by herself the line is all the way back to the hair tools and she had requested help through her speaker (2x) and was ignored. Multiple employees in the store an even one behind the counter (but not helping with line)not wanting to help another worker with customers and even the people waiting in line were annoyed by how she was ignored. If you are planning to get a hair cut, I recommend Kelsey! She cut my hair how I wanted and perfect for the summertime. I dyed my hair and after my hair cut, I plan to dye a different color, but the hair cut I chosen blend my hair color perfectly.

Mia is a master stylist and color specialist. The prices are rather higher than other shops. $77 for my wife $47 for men's cut. Color is a lot more. Consistent quality.

I had a formal event to attend and booked online for a formal hairstyle and formal makeup with Rachel. Everything was perfect! She made sure to custom blend both the foundation and lipstick to get perfect matches for my look, and I received so many compliments on my hair! I was worried about the makeup fading as the event was a solid four hours after my appointment ended, but it held wonderfully throughout the night. And not that I would ever sleep in my makeup..but let's say that if the makeup looked too pretty to take off at night, I'm willing to bet it still looked amazing the next day.😉 10/10 experience with Rachel and the other salon staff at Ulta.
