Made the drive to Athens because the other stores were sold out of what I wanted in the new Cecred release! I went to pick up & bought more while in store! Manager Alicia had amazing energy that late at night & was a great help! It was nice to know she was equally excited to have Beyoncé’s hair care line in store 😍 Made sure I had the gift bag & samples with my purchase also!

I usually have a great experience here but this time was not fun. I always love coming to Ulta for my birthday on the day of to get some new makeup and brushes and the free gift you get with rewards. Usually it pops up when you type in your phone number but this time they made me leave the line and go to the very back and find a barcode in my email just get the gift. And they also kept cutting me off to speak to each other or help someone else that walks up. I am super up so much so that I almost wanted to just return it all right there for a refund. Do better I will not be coming back to this location again any other one they are so sweet and respectful like you would hope for.

Love this store and the employees. They are always so friendly & helpful. Rachel the manager is exceptional and was so knowledgeable and made great recommendations.

We had a great experience here this weekend! My mom and I walked in and asked for help matching foundation. Haley was so nice, welcoming, and professional. She immediately welcomed us into the store and asked if we needed anything. She was able to match both of us for foundation and gave some amazing makeup tips. It was such a relief to have someone so kind and helpful. Great customer service! Thanks Haley!

I can’t thank Bridget enough for her knowledge and dedication to helping me. I am clueless about makeup and she was beyond patient and understanding with me while we shopped. Ulta should give her a raise and be sure to keep her around! 🥰💕
