Woodby’s Barbershop

This is a new barbershop location for Jesse Woodby, an experienced Athens-located barber. I've known Jesse since he started barbering, and not only me but also my four boys use him to keep us looking sharp. Jesse uses an online app to schedule appointments, which is nice because there is no waiting, and you can get in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend this barber.

Jesse is a highly skilled barber with a versatile range of skills, and Woodby’s is just an all around wonderful experience. Going to get my haircut here has become less of a chore I have to begrudgingly get through, but an actual positive experience where I can hang out with good people. It is how a barber shop is supposed to be. I took my son here to get his first haircut as well, and I don’t think it could have gone any better. 10/10.

If you’re looking for that homey old school barbershop, its right here at Woodby’s. Jesse has been cutting my hair for years and now cutting both of my sons hair. My kids look forward to seeing him every time, great with kids. He always make sure that “YOU” are good, and makes it a mission to check in on you while you’re there. I have had some of the best belly laughs under the same roof as him and Spencer. I am glad to call Jesse my brother and looking forward to where this establishment goes.

Best place in town to get a haircut! If you want a professional grade haircut, with a great atmosphere AND that offers appointments, then Woodby’s is your place. Jesse has been cutting my hair for several years and he truly takes pride in his barber craft. He doesn’t rush you out of the chair and takes his time to give you the best cut possible. Go see him!
