Needed to grab a Mothers Day gift for my wife and I stopped at the local Ulta Beauty. The was SO much to choose from that it was alittle overwhelming at first. I was approached by several sales associates asking if I needed assistance. The store was clean, isles were free and clear and the shelves were fully stocked. After making my selection I was helped by “Bianca” who was very polite, friendly and helpful. She assisted me with my rewards numbers and I was all checked out in no time. There was tons of parking available, which required payment. That was the only downside of the trip. Overall, I would rate the entire Ulta Beauty experience a 10/10 on multiple levels. If you’re in need of health/beauty aids, please consider Ulta Beauty, you won’t be disappointed. Enjoy!

Disappointing experience. I came in specifically to buy a new perfume, but there were absolutely no testers available for any of the fragrances. How is a customer supposed to spend money on a scent they can’t even smell? It defeats the whole purpose of coming into the store.

SCAM ALERT – STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE ULTA BEAUTY CREDIT CARD This credit card is an absolute scam. The Ulta Beauty Credit Card, run by Comenity Bank, is one of the worst financial mistakes I’ve ever made. They continue charging you even after you pay your balance in full, and somehow charges still show up after the account is closed. Ulta employees push this card hard with fake promises of “savings.” Yes, I got a $50 discount — and now I’ve been forced to pay $360 MORE because of endless interest and unexplained charges. That “discount” is bait. Customer service is useless and never gives straight answers. This card feels intentionally deceptive and predatory. Once you sign up, they bleed you dry. DO NOT GET THIS CARD. No discount is worth this stress, money loss, or frustration. Avoid

This is one of the biggest financial scams I’ve personally experienced. The Ulta Beauty Credit Card, managed by Comenity Bank, is a complete nightmare. They continue adding charges even when you pay your balance in full, and somehow the charges don’t stop even after you close the account. Ulta Beauty sales associates aggressively push this card by promising “huge savings.” Don’t believe it. I came to this ulta to check out their sale items and I asked an associate on the floor (tall dude in green sweater) if he worked here and he said yes and when I asked how long the 50%off sale items will be on sale for he stated this isn’t my job and I have no clue. I asked then who would know this? And he said i don’t know ask the front desk, this isn’t my job. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. Train your employees better to offer answers to questions, if they don’t know then they can refer you to someone. Being rude to paying customers is not right. How would I know what his exact job role is? If he is saying I work here then I asked him a question and he rudely says he has no idea. I won’t be back.
