I was helped by Jade today in the fragrance section and I left extremely happy! I adored her selections for me and left with a new brand to display and wear. I can’t wait to layer them up! 10/10 customer service (if you’re reading this Jade, that pink black opium scent I can never find is Neon I just googled it lol)

I stopped by Ulta tonight after hearing that HoloTaco had expanded to additional stores. My boyfriend and I came in hoping to find the new display, but there wasn’t any product on the floor. Thankfully, Scott went above and beyond by checking the back and bringing out available inventory for me. I was able to purchase $60 worth of HoloTaco products and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you, Scott, for the outstanding customer service!

had an incredible appointment at Ulta. My stylist Janet took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and delivered beyond my expectations. They were skilled, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire service. My haircut/color came out beautifully, and I’ve gotten so many compliments. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this stylist to anyone looking for quality work.

My lovely stylist is moving away, so I took a chance and booked a hair appt with Donna H. She is soooo amazing! She matched my color perfectly while making me feel like family. I am so impressed with how well I was taken care of and the excellent price point. She is truly a knowledgeable professional and has a new loyal customer. Shout out to Scott for helping my daughter ship while I was getting all dolled up. Thank you Donna for making me feel so beautiful!

Update: Scott at this location is the ONLY person from Ulta who reached out to assist me and offered help. Ulta corporate called me only once just to ask me if Scott reached out, not to speak with me about the incident. I'm very satisfied with Scott's handling of the situation, and of him offering me a refund. His kindness is the reason I will return to this location for shopping purposes. However, if Ulta corporate should read this they should consider themselves lucky that my skin was not permanently damaged, as I would've opened a lawsuit against them, and their negligence and unresponsiveness would've been an easy victory.
