I had such a great experience at Ulta Beauty in Annapolis! Shay was absolutely amazing—so patient and kind while I asked a million questions. They took the time to explain everything, share their knowledge, and make sure I felt comfortable with my choices. What could’ve been overwhelming turned into a fun and easy shopping trip thanks to Shay. If you’re shopping at this location, definitely look for them—you’ll be in great hands!

Whoever the manager was working between 10:30am and 10:45am on 10/25/25 was unprofessional, wasted my time, did a poor job explaining store policies and it ultimately resulted in me getting a refund and taking my business to Sephora. I try to exercise patience in a lot of scenarios but when people have a reckless disregard for my time it usually results in a loss of my business. It will be a long long…long…very long time (if at all) that I shop at an Ulta again. For insight, I came in to exchange a perfume I’d purchased online. Apparently, this requires a manage who, of course, was nowhere to be found. I went to the Ulta in Annapolis and Nataly was the best! She was so friendly, caring, and really showed me great recommendations. She took the time to really explain certain products and found me exactly what I needed, and she put me on some new stuff I will definitely be coming back for. Great service! :)

I recently visited and so thankful to have Kira assist me! I had my toddler with me, so that meant I had a few minutes to get everything and get out. Lol. She was able to help me find products for my skin type and needs from foundation to an eye brow pencil. I was in and out within a few minutes with a great new set of products. The products match my skin tone and were exactly what I was looking for. She was so sweet, helpful, and not at all pushy. Hope I can find her again next time!

Ask for Oliver! He took the time to help me find just the right products. As part of this, he really listened and asked good questions. I live in Baltimore, but I will be relying on the Annapolis Ulta from now on.
