I never write reviews, but in this age of shrinkflation, poor service and reduced quality, I think it is important to highlight services that are worth your time and money. Ethos of Annapolis is one of those places. The staff are all incredibly friendly and kind, the space is a little oasis from the outside world full of coziness and zen. The real highlight of Ethos for me though, is Danielle. I have been going to Danielle for facials since 2022 and her quality of work has never wavered. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable about treating all sorts of skin needs and the newest treatment options, but what keeps me coming back is the way she makes me feel and just who she is as a person. This review is long overdue, but definitely deserved! I’ve been getting facials with Danielle for about 2.5 years, and it’s truly the best thing I’ve done for my skin. The vibe at Ethos is cozy and relaxing, and Danielle always takes time to ask questions and tailor each facial to what my skin needs. She explains the products and ingredients as she goes, which makes the experience feel both personal and interesting. I leave my appointments feeling glowing and refreshed! On top of being amazing at what she does, Danielle is genuinely one of the sweetest, most calming people you’ll ever meet. Couldn’t recommend her or Ethos more!

Little did I know that this tiny jewel was right here in my very own neighborhood! Walking into Ethos spa you can actually feel the stress melt away. Michele immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. The best most thorough massage I’ve ever had. Already scheduled my next visit and can’t wait!

My facial was great however I sadly wasn't relaxed. I heard 90 minutes of people talking, heard some laughing, sometimes a dog barking and heard what sounds like people going up and down steps. I loved my facial but I'm scared to come back and hear all that noise again. I felt angry listening to all the noise and it prevented me from relaxing. I thought it might stop but I kept hearing sounds even with music on in the room. Great facial but the thin walls of the room where I was located made me feel frustrated/angery since I really wanted to relax and unwind and it kept waking me up.

I just got a facial at Ethos and Danielle was amazing. I’m pregnant and she put me at ease letting me know exactly what products she would be using always giving me options. She asked a lot of questions and analyzed my skin prior to the service indicating that all facials are personalized. She has very gentle hands yet gives a wonderful massage during the facial too! I left glowing. I highly recommend her! I loved the products so much I even purchased some for my own daily skin regimen. Couldn’t get enough! The strawberry rhubarb serum was delightful!
