Huge thanks and shout out to the talented and uber kind Garrett, an up and coming make up artist who also represents the Lancome brand. I was visiting from out of town and my makeup was melting off after 7 hours. He was so kind, and he provided a mini-makeover with truly long-wear products that made my skin so smooth and young! AND, 9 hours laters it looked as fresh as when he first applied it! He also introduced me to contouring w/ bronzer, and recommended some fabulous lipsticks. He's full of ideas and I hope he makes it to my town because we need his talent! Thanks Garrett! Hope they appreciate you!

i went shopping black friday. was waiting all the way in the back of the line back of store when an employee asked if my family and i were ready to check out and told us to head to the salon registers. because it was so crowded it took me a little longer to get over there and the worker watching the line was so rude. she had a RBF and told me the lady in front of me was the last one who can be in that line. when i told her an employee sent me over here she had a nasty attitude and asked me who like i’m supposed to know the employees name. She lets me stay in line. Then another employee comes up to her with an even worse attitude telling me i need to go in the other line. i told her that i was sent over here by an employee and she rolls her eyes. waited in that line forever feeling uncomfor

On November 19 at about 11 AM I went to do some shopping for someone. I asked the girl for help all she did was pointing that direction and said I don’t have time that is not how you talk to a customer you tell them wait a minute let me see if I can find somebody else to help you. I’m busy at the moment that is the proper way to engage to the customer. You don’t treat people like they don’t matter because otherwise you wouldn’t have a freaking job without sales. there’s no reason to have anybody working at this location a girl with dark hair, short hair wearing a mini skirt kind of is the one who talks to me that way she should be let go.

every time i have been into this store the employees are very kind, knowledgable, and very helpful. i got complimented 3x in the store by employees and asked 8 times if i was still doing alright. normally i dont like being talked to in stores but the employees were extra kind it didnt bother me as much

Every time I go shopping around 6-7pm And there is the Clinic employee with a white coat, black curly and long hair she doesn't stop looking at me and following me all over the store ( IS SO ANNOYING) it makes me not want to go to the store anymore, it overstimulates me too much. It’s so frustrating because ULTA GIRL I MAKE 5x YOUR SALARY!!! Im not stealing !!!! As a travel nurse, sometimes on my break I like to go shopping but definitely Today was the last time I go to the store, if I need something I will order it for delivery or drive to the Pocatello store, this is the worst store I have visited that employee specifically makes miserable My experience in the store as a woman I don't feel comfortable and happy shopping in this store. Management needs to train employees better.
