We were incredibly disappointed with our most recent experience at Radiant Waxing. We’ve been in several times before and never had an issue, which made this visit especially frustrating. While the AI-based online system may work for the company, it does not always work for the client. Having access to a live person—especially when trying to make or confirm appointments—would make a significant difference. The online system repeatedly gave us an error while we were attempting to book two appointments and never provided confirmation. When we tried calling for help, we were continuously routed back into the same automated system that wasn’t working. Because of this, we decided to go to the salon in person to confirm. The service itself was great. My technician was professional, efficient, and very thorough. She took the time needed and made sure the job was done well. I appreciated her attention to detail and overall approach. My only real feedback is about the lobby. The scent from the room freshener was very strong and headache inducing. The device is positioned right behind the service desk, which feels like direct nose level, and those larger commercial scent units tend to be better placed higher and more dispersed. It impacted the comfort of the space while waiting. Having visited many waxing establishments over the years, this location delivers exactly what I came for and I am happy with the results. I will be back!

Skylie did amazing on my eyebrows and underarms. I have never gotten waxed before so she made sure that I had a good experience. She was very professional and guided me throughout the session. No burn feeling nor pain... all nice and smooth. Definitely coming back!!

Sinai is the best! She knows what she’s doing and she does a great job! She is professional and makes you feel comfortable. I’ve gotten waxed at another place and came back to her! Plus Radiant Waxing is a neat and clean environment. I highly recommend going there.
