I love this ULTA location. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. I specifically want to give a shout out to the stylist Olivia! I went in looking for something to help my damaged hair and needed help. Luckily she didn’t have a client at the time and she took so much time helping me build a routine and explained everything. I appreciate her help so much! Please let her know how grateful I am!

Anthony helped color match a foundation and did a fantastic job listening to my concerns and finding the perfect shade. I went about my day and when I looked in the mirror, I gasped. It did exactly what I wanted and looked lovely. Yay, Anthony! (I purchased ILIA Super Serum.)

I have always loved going to Ulta back in my hometown. The employees were always so helpful and make the experiences memorable when looking for new face care products. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the Ames location. Today I went to Ulta with a couple of my friends, we showed up together, but went our separate ways as we were looking for different things. Our visit was under 30 minutes and within that time, 2-3 employees asked me if I needed assistance 8 times. Not to mention they followed me down every. single. aisle. Every time I turned around, one of the same employees was behind me. After my friends and I met back up, I pointed out how often they checked on their customers and my friends were confused because no one had offered to assist them or asked them if they needed anyt

I'm usually never the one to complain about service because I've worked in the service industry, but today I went in the with my daughters to get some new cologne. There was 2 other people over by the colognes & perfumes and employees asked them if they needed assistance multiple times, but didn't ask me once if I needed help. I was planning on buying some Giorgio Armani & YSL colognes and stood over there for 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to ask if they could help as multiple employees walked by. I ended up just leaving. It's one thing if you didn't have any employees back there, but it's the fact that every customer in that area was asked if they needed help except for me. I usually buy all my colognes from Ulta as well as my spouses perfumes, but I guess I will be looking elsewhere

Over the past few months, I’ve become a huge fan of Ulta Beauty! I recently started doing makeovers for the first time, and honestly, I was a bit nervous about how my skin would react. But to my surprise, no itching or irritation at all—just smooth results and products that really work for my skin. I’ve also picked up some amazing skincare items along the way. A big shoutout to Maisara Moin, one of the lovely team members there, who helped me so much throughout the process. She made my experience with ultra even better!
