Customer Reviews
Everyday make-up service review. Service was $50 for an hour to do an everyday makeup look. The professional doing the makeup listened to what was wanted and did her best to provide. The one star is not a reflection of her skill. I was highly disappointed in scheduling and the products that were used. Scheduling- Service started a half an hour late. Artist had to leave part way through the service to pierce another clients ears and the artist still wanted the appointment to end on time. I didn’t receive the hour of time that I paid for. Products- All the products that were used were the testers off of the floor. That is absolutely disgusting! Who knows how the store patrons have used the tester products or how many makeup looks the artists have provided with that very tester. I couldn’t b
I have always loved coming to this Ulta, all staff has been so kind and eager to help. On my most recent visit, Bri, or Brianna (I hope I am spelling her name right)… color matched and helped me get the exact products I’ve needed, but get so anxious to go and find on my own. She saved me so much time and energy and made my experience oh so wonderful! I hope to see her again! <3
I asked two girls who were seemingly younger to help me find a matte foundation since I compete in pageants and need good stage and event makeup. I also needed help with a shade match since I have medium skin and green undertones (everything has red undertones, so I wanted one that wouldn’t look bad) they just lead me straight to the section and were making comments about how I am not trendy. I didn’t think anything of it until when I was looking at the foundation I heard the three girls (I’m assuming two associates and one manager) bad talking me. Making remarks like “why the hell did she ask for a matte foundation?” “She is so weird, like does she know that nobody uses that” and more. It was very loud and I got upset since I was right there. I was super upset and talked to somebody to h
0/10 experience. I came in during a very slow time and was never greeted or asked if I needed help. I was clearly looking for a concealer shade when a manager, Experience manager to be exact- walked past me, actually bumped into me, and didn’t say excuse me or offer assistance. Instead, she immediately helped guests standing near me. The selective customer service was noticeable and unacceptable. As an Ulta employee at another location, I find this especially concerning, as guest inclusivity and acknowledgment are basic expectations….or so I thought…This experience reflected poor leadership and left me feeling intentionally overlooked. Just an overall disappointing and unprofessional interaction.
I’d give zero if I could… I used to shop here all the time. This time I was greeted very friendly, and then one second later I was greeted by a security woman who was blocking the aisle I wanted to go down, almost like she immediately thought I was trying to do something bad or steal. She didn’t move and kept asking how I’m doing, and then I rolled my eyes and went to a different aisle where I could easily get down and look for the product I was looking for. She did move and follow myself and people around the store which was obvious as other people I interacted with in the store also elaborated on. She blocked the entire Morphe aisle. She was doing loss prevention 100% but this store is just going to lose business if they act like that. Just my personal opinion. Then I get to the front
