Pure Infusion Suites of American Fork

Wow! I felt so pampered at Pure infusions. They are SO welcoming and kind. I got a room to myself with a recliner and couch for my guests, unlimited snacks and drinks, and they even paid for my lunch through DoorDash! Let’s just say, I didn’t want to leave! I was so nervous about getting the IV, but the nurse did a phenomenal job, that I couldn’t even feel it going in! 10/5 stars!!!

The people at Pure Infusion Suites are the most happy, kind, friendly people around. They have gotten to know us and treat us so well. Even though our appointment takes about 15 minutes, they go out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and well taken care of. It is always a pleasure to go for our appointment.

I can’t say enough good things about this infusion center. From the moment I walk in, the staff makes me feel completely comfortable and safe. Everyone here is genuinely kind and wonderful - you can tell they truly care about their patients’ wellbeing. The facility itself is spotless and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Everything about the environment puts you at ease, which makes such a difference when you’re receiving treatment. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into creating a space where patients can feel relaxed and well-cared for. I’m grateful to have found a place where I feel so supported. My daughter has been receiving her infusions here and we have had the BEST experience!! The suites are large and super comfortable, everyone goes out of their way to make it a positive experience, the snack selection is better than you’d ever expect, and she feels pampered. She looks forward to her infusions - now that’s amazing service! Thank you for taking such great care of us!!

We really like this Pure location. I’ve been in for a few infusions. The staff is friendly, the snacks and drinks are available, and each private room has fast internet and Netflix on a large TV. They also will work with your insurance company to get everything covered. The chairs are comfortable each room has a recliner and additional comfy chairs for a guest or driver. We were here on a hot day and the AC worked quite well! They have a bathroom in their suite so you can take your IV potty with you, and grab some snacks on the way back. The building is a bit confusing as their suite is on the third floor, yet the grand stairs only go to floor 2. So either take the elevator or take some time to find the second set of stairs that will take you to floor 3. The building itself is a bit challe
