I came timidly into Ulta Altamonte Springs to try to spruce up my life with a few new lipsticks and eyeliners. I had such a great experience! I give all the credit to the lovely young lady (Forgive me I don't remember how to spell her name) 'Cajeeda'? She spent so much time with me carefully talking about different colors and different types of lipstick or lip stains or lip glosses etc. She took a lot of care with me and I appreciate her so so much! She truly was kind and as beautiful on the inside, as she is on the outside. Oh I got about six or seven eyeliners and maybe 10 lipsticks lip glosses. I'm overjoyed. And the young lady Crystal who checked me out, she suggested I might want to sign up for The Ulta Beauty rewards MasterCard which immediately saved me money and I got a small gift

Be aware if you have natural/textured hair and you go here. The first thing the stylist did before even touching my hair was mention my hair texture and ask if pricing had been discussed with me. We made it through the appointment pretty easily but this was definitely not an enjoyable experience. That kind of judgement left a lasting impression.

I picked up a few things at this wonderful location while visiting the area. At check out, Nuria was so kind and helpful to me. Great customer service given from entering to leaving this store!! Way to go Ulta at Altamonte Springs!!

I had my hair trimmed, shaped by Ana. I have very curly hair. She listened, accommodated, and walked me through her process. The final results are beautiful.
