Ulta Beauty

I have been to Ulta stores all over the country, do they intentionally hire rude, unhelpful associates? These women act as though it is a Huge Inconvenience to take our money? ? ? Due to volume restrictions for carry-on luggage, I need to purchase my favorite products at my destination & the associates have the same air of being inconvenienced. I absolutely would Not shop Ulta, but they have my favorite products. Ulta, we can order directly from the manufacturer, most of the time. Please research this attitude, Life is Short - be pleasant! Just a suggestion.

What a great shopping experience at the Ulta store in Albertville. I was greeted at the door and several more times while I was shopping. They helped me find everything I was looking for plus more. Thank you so much for this new location. It was very convenient and well kept. The whole store was organized and clean!

I came in and Jenn immediately greeted me. She was so helpful and kind. She took the time to answer my questions and show me to different areas. I was pleased with my experience and will be back.

Was never asked if i needed help. As i was already walking around looking lost. Finally had to ask for help after 10 minutes. Young girls just talking about personal life at the register. I wont be back here.

I stopped by this Ulta looking for a specific item that the app said was in stock, but I couldn’t find it on the shelves. I asked an employee for help, and instead of assisting me, she just told me to “check the app” and went back to what she was doing. I understand the app isn’t always accurate, but I would’ve appreciated a little more effort or at least someone checking the inventory or directing me more clearly. It felt dismissive, and honestly, I left frustrated.
