u cheer nails spa

Went today, 1/15/26, to get my acrylics soaked off. The woman (idk if she is the owner or employee but I am assuming owner) dat me at the table closest to the register and asked me again what I wanted. I told her I would like my acrylic nails soaked off. Instead of soaking them off, she decided to cut and pull them with a cuticle cutter and was also trying to pop them off using a MTA card! She stopped after I pulled my right hand back (multiple times) and exclaimed in pain, i was thinking the pain was caused from my nails being thinner under the acrylic. She looked at my nail beds, stopped and started speaking about something with the other person working, after the fact I realize it was most likely about the damage she caused. I got my lashes done and the next day a lot of the lashes fell out. So I called and went back and she added more lashes. 5 days later majority of the lashes fell off. I called to get it filled and they said she’s on vacation for a couple of weeks. I paid $150 for lashes that didn’t last for a week. Although, she also had sniffles and kept swallowing after she cleared her nose. Yes I wanted to come back and pay $80 for fill in. 150 is the price and 20% discount for first time. Technically the price is $150, if I come back with out extension. It has been 2 weeks not 3 weeks.

Aimee (gel pedicure/ had the upper end pedi w/15 min foot massage, legs wrapped) and Annie were wonderful..( full gel set w/gel polish.)w/Zoey.. 60 min massage & 90 min facial.... awesome.. call ahead so they can schedule with Zoey. She is more on call than in store for svs. (She just happened to have a client the day i went in) Fabulous! Owners polite n extremely accommodating! Thank you ladies! Barbarann Update: had full set with peach ombre gel polish. Pics are 1 1/2 weeks old.. sorry. Love, LOVE, LOOOVE this nail spa. Added eyebrow wax, and paraffin to hands. Aimee is wonderful. So is Wendy! Can't go wrong! They are ALWAYS clean, take temp, dividers at each station.

Amy did my pedicure. She did amazing. I was shocked that it was empty. Excellent service and an amazing spa pedicure with a great massage chair. I'd definitely return.

Everyone is so nice and professional. They did a great job on my nails and Lucy is so helpful. I will use this salon from now on and would recommend you try them. You will not be disappointed. A+++++
