This place is terrible and disgusting! Kacy did not do her job properly on my hair and completely ripped me off. I went there for permanent hair straightening, but she used expired products on my hair while claiming they were branded and of good quality. She applied the straightening cream to my hair, used a hot iron, and told me I was done. However, permanent hair straightening usually requires two sessions: first, applying the chemical, washing it off, and then applying a second cream followed by ironing. When I returned and told her what had happened to my hair, she became visibly nervous and repeated the procedure, this time following the proper protocol. Fantastic people, they listen, respect and, will help you achieve whatever you tell them. You will not be dissatisfied with your result. They go above and beyond to what is to be expected. They could charge two or three times more and I would still go. Tony is an absolute go getter, Bill is extremely knowledgeable, Say is the man he always gives me exactly what I want, and they are the people you want to be cutting your hair. If you’re a certified ding-dong you might not get along with the genuine, fun, good hearted people that work there.
