The Downstairs Salon & Boutique

I can't give enough stars to Morgan at the Downstairs Salon!! She made absolute magic happen with my hair today!!! I have never been so please with a salon experience! She was thorough and took her time to correct the disastrous state my hair was left in by a stylist at a different salon. I am beyond pleased with the beautiful colors she achieved in my hair!! I would highly recommend!! 10☆s!! I attached a before and after, so you could see the starting canvas.

Serena Bentley is the BEST. She fixes me every single time. No matter what crazy hair I bring to her.

I truly look forward to every appointment at the salon! I absolutely adore Serena, but I have met several of the other stylists, and they are all amazing!! I would, and already have, referred several people to them, as I love the customer service! The product and specific treatment/service, that I receive each time are always great!!

I recently had my first trip to the Downstairs Salon, and Nichole took great care of me. I have very fine, easily damaged hair that I have spent my entire adult life trying to get under control. By the time Nichole was done with me, my hair looked strong and healthy. The price was very reasonable, especially given the quality of the service.

Nichole is knowledgeable about both processes and products. She cares about helping her clients achieve their hair goals. Combine this with a positive atmosphere, and every visit is a hair therapy experience!!
