As someone who has difficult (multidirectional) hair that most people struggle with, my first time with Tyler went better than expected. He listened to my concerns and even offered some suggestions before cutting my hair. He also made sure I knew what he was doing throughout the process. As a bonus, while I was waiting, I was offered coffee or hot chocolate. I look forward to many return visits. Thank you!
