Signature Salon & Barber (Harrisville)

The women that work here are nice and do a good job. But often nobody answers the phone and there’s no way to schedule appointments online. We walked in on Saturday at 2 PM to get a haircut from Tyler for my son and he had no clients there in the chair and no clients waiting, and would not cut my son’s hair. I thought it was a very odd and poor customer service. It says on the website that they’re open until 3 pm and he refused to give him a haircut, saying “he was done for the day”. We were repeat clients as well. The haircut would have only taken 30 minutes. I’ve also found that some of the stylists are not there if they don’t have appointments booked - they take off in the middle of the day. Poor way to run a business. Chelsea does the best pedicures! She was wonderful to chat with. Her attention to detail was like no other. The environment was great, with very friendly and accommodating staff. I would recommend Signature Salon and booking an appointment with Chelsea to anyone looking for a good experience.

I recently moved to Harrisville and needed a new salon. Signature Salon was recommended, so I called and made an appointment. I had my haircut last night, and Chelsea was great! She was super friendly and personable, and did a beautiful job. She was even able to do a toner application to help with my dyed hair that I'm growing out. Came out amazing - light ends and dark roots are now toned to a very close match! I will definitely be coming back for further appointments.

I went to signature in Harrisville today. Marissa was awesome. She did a great gel manicure and did nothing but the best. I had a couple of tips on from a previous manicure and she spent 2 hour + to make sure it was the absolute best she could do. Although they don't accept credit at this time, she accepted the cash I had with a promise to return tomorrow with the balance. I am new to the area an I am excited that I found a new salon. Haircut next with Marissa and I look forward to it. Oh, and she was running behind for our appointment today and took the time to call me to let me know. Kudos to Marissa, she is truly a gem.

Chelsea did my eyelashes and did an amazing job! She’s very meticulous and really takes her time with you to make sure they’re perfect. You can tell she thoroughly enjoys her work. I would highly recommend her!
