TY Nails In Grand Haven MI

I had an appointment for late this morning. The service was VERY rushed. I got dip with french tips and the entire service including dry time, paying, and when she went to get a color (I didn’t end up using) took at most 25 minutes. They don’t look good and my fingers are a mess with residue. I’m currently using my own manicure kit to try and clean them up. Under my nails is caked with the dip powder. The sides are filed weird as well. I was excited to use the gift certificate I got for my birthday. Unfortunately I won’t be going back.

Two weeks ago had a pedicure done I always get shellac done and now it has all came off. It was like it was never cured correctly. I have never had shellac just peel right off! Not happy after spending $$$

First pic is close to the color I choose, 2nd is a picture of what I ended up with! Looks like Christmas threw up all over my hands! As she was doing the dip, I mentioned it didn’t look anything like the color I picked out. So, she painted gel over the top on the dip. They charged $10 to paint my 9 year olds toes…one coat of lumpy polish! Very disappointing experience.

Stopped in last minute with a friend. no appointment (on a Saturday) and they had room for us. If you have time and need a last minute pedi i would recommend them! Didnt get a manicure so cant comment on them. I really liked my pedicure, it turned out great, but I deducted 1 star because it took an Hour and 30min. Not sure if they spent extra time cause we were the only people there, but it felt too long. The shop was clean, but i could tell it was older and needs some upgrades.
