I scheduled a massage via their text option and was told they could fit me in at 4:45 pm the same day. I responded immediately (this was in the morning) but went to the wrong location at 4:45 as I had googled “massages in Muskegon “ but the location was Grand Haven. When I arrived at the Muskegon location they sent me to Grand Haven. When I arrived there 15 minutes later, they said “Heather isn’t here” (I had only received messages from Janelle). When I asked “what can you do now...I’ve been to 2 locations,” they said they “didn’t know.” No massage, bad experience. Hoping they will come through and make it right.

My masseuse, Amy, is great! The atmosphere is calming and I like to chat and Amy is always so nice. Have been going 1-2 times weekly for a few years now. They are always ready to work with me to schedule my appointment at a good time! Thanks! ❤️😃👍👍👍👍😃
