Dawn is such a sweetheart! She is truly the best when it comes to waxing and everything else. She has magic hands ❤️ She’s so sweet, thoughtful, and kind. I recently had an issue with my eyebrows (from another tech), and I was very emotional about it. I went back, and Dawn took her time and completely fixed them. It was a pretty bad mess up — one brow was much thinner than the other — and I honestly didn’t think it was possible to make them look even again. She worked with what was there and balanced them out beautifully. They’re thinner than I normally like, but she shaped them in a way that looks intentional and even. I’m honestly shocked at how good they look after how they started. What meant even more to me was that she wouldn’t even let me pay or tip her for fixing it. That level o

I didn’t personally have the service, but I saw firsthand how emotional my friend was after a brow mishap from another tech. She went back, and Dawn completely turned the situation around. The difference was unbelievable. Dawn handled everything with such kindness and professionalism, and the final result looked so good you couldn’t even tell there had been an issue. That kind of care and integrity says a lot. I’ll definitely be booking with her!

Tina and Ny are my favorite nail techs. This time around, Tina created this perfect masterpiece. They are so beautiful and neat.
