Love the warmth of care and professionalism from everyone in the team. Everyone pays attention to ensure your needs are taken care of properly. They remember repeat clients by name and are always pleasant and kind. The massages in facials are soooo soothing and relaxing. The respect for each other within their team, and most importantly their sisterhood seems to be the core of their genuine care for their clients. I usually get Brazilian wax, full leg wax, underarm wax, and eyebrow services from Sonam, and I am very satisfied every time. Sonam is very professional, skilled, and makes the whole experience comfortable. She pays attention to detail and ensures everything is done perfectly. Twinkle beauty salon on oak tree road,nj, USA has very efficient and professional staff. All hair dressers and beauticians are very talented in their jobs. More over staff members Payal, Hema and shefali they go above and beyond keep the salon very neat and clean and very well organized. I highly recommend payal, hema, shefali and all other staff members for your need.

I recently tried a few services through their combo package and had a great overall experience. The staff is friendly and efficient, providing quick and attentive customer service. Special thanks to Anju and Dhara for their excellent work — I highly recommend both for eyebrow and facial services. The only area for improvement would be maintaining a bit more cleanliness, but otherwise, it was a pleasant visit and I’d definitely return!

0 i wanted to give .. I had taken an appointment and clearly explained what I wanted, but when I arrived, they had no idea. Their communication was terrible. I sat in the chair for my hair service, yet they still didn’t understand that I wanted a fluffy blow-dry. Worst way of talking and client service .The girl even left me sitting there for a while. When I asked what was happening, no one knew where she had gone. When she finally came back, she started spraying my hair, and I reminded her that it needed to be washed first—I had already mentioned that before. Then she told me I didn’t know what I wanted. That was the last straw. I just walked out, and I would never go back there again.
