I had a great experience with Sandy! She was very informative and realistic. I previously had box dye in my hair and wanted to lighten my hair. Sandy walked me through how the process of lightening my hair would go and was very transparent about how much time it would take and the cost. If something is out of your budget she will definitely let you know and will recommend other options that may be a better fit. She’s very sweet and provided a lot of valuable information about hair. I liked how before officially setting up an appointment, she does a consultation through a phone call. Sandy also stayed past her closing time to finish working on my hair which I really appreciated.
