Twelve12 Beaute

I love how quickly I received my order, I actually look forward to my wash day since using Twelve12 Beaute products. My hair feels much lighter, softer& is MUCH MORE manageable. It doesn't take me hours anymore nor do I have to use tons of products to keep it soft & make it manageable to braid. I use the mud, then clarify, then moisturize shampoos, then conditioner wit oil on the scalp go under heating cap, rinse once hair cools down, hair mist, blow dry, serum, then 2 French braids. That's it, that's all!! I washed my hair Sunday; I oiled & massaged my scalp Thurs, hair STILL soft & fluffy. Almost forgot to mention not a whole lot of shedding & broken pieces of hair either. I LOVE YOUR PRODUCTS & HAVE BEEN HIGHLY RECOMMENDING IT TO MY FRIENDS!! YOU have a patron for life & I can't wait

I have only used the hair mist and the conditioner but after seeing the results, I ordered the whole line and the mud mask. I am so excited to use it. You know the most important thing? I called today for help using the spray bottle and the young man who answered who identified himself as an executive in the company, was so helpful, patient, and kind. Now that is customer service. It is something we don't see much today but this company has my business forever. Good product and good service! You can't get any better than that. I will post again when my new products come. Just WOW!

I have been using Twelve12 since about 2021 and I must say that Twelve12 is an amazing product line for at home and salon use and has quickly become a favorite amongst my long term clients. The products can be used on all hair types and get the same great results every time. Such a believer in this product, I traveled to Charlotte, NC from NYC to take the product certification To ensure I was using it all properly! The in person class didn’t disappoint either. My favorite products are the clay mask, hair mist and conditioner. The hair mist is multi use for detangling, scalp treatments and as a leave in. The conditioner has so much slip and super moisturizing even on lower porosity hair.

I love these products. They have made my hair so much healthier and more manageable. Great products for silk presses!
