I live in the area and I can tell you I absolutely hate this place. They have a big variety of everything. However, the customer service is horrible. The Korean lady Chin Vietnamese Japanese Chinese. I’m not sure what she is, but she is the absolute worst you can come in and try to get her attention and she will completely ignore you as if her head is so locked in to her paperwork then they have another black guy that works there that follows you around as if you’re going to steal something then the other Chinese whatever they are man he’s not in a rush to help you either. It was only one person that actually jumped to try to help. You was a young lady that they had working there. I’m not sure if she still works there as of late because I had stopped going there because they’re not worth y

I love it here ! They’re very kind and also very engaging ! I get free gifts with almost every purchase and the wig selection is probably one of the best and biggest in the Wynwood area ! Also it’s not as expensive as other beauty supply stores especially the makeup ! Would recommend! I send all my gfs here and if you are a hair stylist and need things in bulk they got you covered!

This place terrible the customer is off the wall as soon as you walk in they look at you like your unwanted god forbid you walk in there with a big handbag they will follow you and give the nasty stares like your Stealing They Don’t ask if you need help. And if you ask them for help they look mad. We’ll get to the register and ask them the prices Because nothing has a price on it. If you have a whole bunch of things. The lady got mad at me for asking her the prices of each item and ask me did I have money Because I kept asking her the prices. After that I left after telling her about her self and her disgusting attitude. I don’t need to be nowhere where somebody.
