Tweety Nails

Came to get my nails done since I moved back to the area. I came in for a full set French tips and a pedicure. Got there at 4:45pm and didn’t leave until 7pm. It was taking too long I didn’t even get the French tips or the pedicure. She kept cutting my cuticles until I was literally bleeding from multiple fingers. She told me to come in the next day for a discounted pedicure, but I can’t go back and spend another 2 hours there! I also paid $55, which seems like way too much for a short set.

I have been going to Tweety for a while on special occasions. It made me sad I couldn’t go there this holiday because the last time I was there Tweety stayed on the phone and going into the bathroom to talk, also. She kept cutting me because she wasn’t paying attention to me or my nails. She yelled at me.. and she took over 4 hours on a regular set! I won’t be back and that’s disappointing. They are usually very nice, but I was done.

* THEY DO BUILDER GEL NAILS!!!* Tweety not only fixed the mess that the previous nail tech did but saved me money. She reshaped my nails and told me I didn't even need a refill this time. Lynn painted my nails a gave me an awesome pedicure! They are nice, gentle, friendly, and don't charge an arm and a leg! What else could you ask for? 2 weeks before I got builder gel from someone else. I liked the idea of less chemicals but the quality was bad. I was told that there was only one other person in the area that does builder gel (that person never answered her phone or returned my messages). Then I found Tweety.

We made an appointment a day in advance for 6pm we got there at 5:55 pm and she just started with another costumer then told me to come back in an hour. Not to bad stuff happens I understand so we come back at 7 pm an hour after my appointment she’s still working on the same women’s nails so sit down and wait finally at 7:30pm I’d had enough this place apparently has no costumer value or since of organization On top of that they can’t be that skilled if it takes an hour and half to do a single white line down each finger nail.

The ladies were nice but lack skills. My nails are horrible. Uneven, crooked, I asked for coffin and they are very square. I'm so upset. They shouldn't charge regular nail prices for their work. My daughter said her nails were burning when she just asked for a simple polish. Wont ever return. Also tried to put a dirty pillow behind my chair. And the placed smelled really bad.
