I was in the middle of an autoimmune flare, dealing with noticeable water retention, swelling, and bloating, and this session helped significantly. The massage itself was light, intentional, and deeply relaxing — very different from deep tissue, and exactly what my nervous system and lymphatic system needed. I noticed a clear reduction in swelling afterward and felt more comfortable in my body overall. She also incorporated Reiki, which added another layer of calm and grounding to the experience.
